Apply applicable upgrades to new delivery a/c and to a/c in C or D check

For new build a/c where upgrades (e.g. winglets) are available the option to have the aircraft delivered with the winglets from new.

Also the option during a C or D check to apply the upgrades then, so as only to have the a/c out of use for the length of the major check.
