Make rules easier to find

Currently game rules are difficult to find:

under Game Area / Manual / rules and terms / rules

Can I propose a link to rules is added directly under the game area drop down.

The rules link is presented to the user when he joins the game and creates the airline.

And the front page of the manual has a clear "Rules and Terms" section too.

Thus in my mind no need to clutter the navigation with this.
