New scheduling screen is not letting me add schedules to a new aircraft, telling me I am over my out-of-base aircraft limit with 1486/855 aircraft. This is erroneously counting aircraft at my HQ. The Base Airports screen shows 852/855 aircraft out-of-base aircraft.
Workaround is to use the old scheduling screen.
