Bottom of Mobile Screen goes excessively far down beyond information

When scrolling down to the bottom of the page in Mobile, the screen goes down well beyond the useful area with information. When trying to quickly scroll down to accept something that would typically be at the bottom of the page, you now scroll completely past it a long ways and have to work your way back up. There is a lot of dead space.
