Airline Code Format

The default Airline Code Format (2/3 letters) as selected in 'Interface Settings' isn't consistently applied.

'Routes/My Routes' and 'Aircraft/My Aircraft' incorrectly shows all the routes with the ICAO (3-letter) codes even when IATA (2-letter) is selected.

Some other screens such as 'Airport Destinations and Timetables' and 'Route Planning/(click on an airport where you already have a route)' display the routes with the 2-letter code. This causes "broken" links because if you then click on the individual route, no such route can be found.
