Price Changes from destination view not working

Hi Sami

I read a previous similar bug report which was addressed as not a bug.  However it seems to be not just a display issue I have found...

In Dest view, I change prices say +10%.  I shows the default price (which is fine and just a display anomoly if the underlying routes are priced differently).

However, the new prices go back to default plus change.  Not existing price plus change.  In my situation,

Default price 190 (and displayed price in Dest view)

Pre-change price 230 for most of the routes

I add 10% increase

Post change price 209 for all routes (which is 10% increase from the default not the previous price),

This is reflected in the price when going into the routes, not just the destination view (which shows the default and not a problem in itself).

I can share a video demonstrating this if you want.

I'm fairly sure this does not happen when going to the price management page.

Yep, good video. But what you actually did was use the "set prices manually" area selections, so you told system manually to set each price to 220 exactly.

To increase all by 10% from what they already are, use the top part of that dialog.

Thanks for your quick comment. I'm still getting the bug. I replicated it here in this short video.

loom.com/share/d9029c2d2af344e...

If I'm doing something wrong for these prices to be going down when I try to put them up then let me know.

thanks

The test2 seems to match what you did, so I can't really replicate it here at least.

Tested, no bug. I have 5 routes CLT-ATL, before I do anything I reset all prices to default so Y is $40.

Test 1:
-Open dest view, manage this sector prices, and choose increase all by 10%.
-Go view route and price Y is $44.

Test 2:
- Reset prices to default before test again (Y $40).
- At dest view price management popup set Y class price to $50 and save.
- Open route details, and price is correctly $50.

- Then i open the dest view price management again (dialog shows default $40), and set increase all +10% (no other inputs)
- Route price is now $55.

--> no bug.
