Can't select a game when it's about to end

With the new interface, when a game is about to end (I think from about 36 hours) the game is 'greyed-out' on the main game screen.  This is obviously intended to stop new people joining but it means we can't get into existing games either.

This is happening now with the Speed World. 

EDIT:  As a quick workaround for everyone - as this totally stops us playing, you can manually get into the game if you know the unique game nunber.  For the current Speed World, use this link:
