B707 route not scheduling

I can create this route and it shows it will have some restrictions in place, however when I try to add the route to the aircraft it shows me there is too much of a payload restriction.. This doesnt add up.. It should show the restriction on the route page as well, but it shows it can carry 91pax.

B707 is problematic with runways since it requires a very long runway. So if you combine a long runway, and a long route, you will end up with no payload left. The scheduling calculation is correct but route editor doesn't seem to show it correctly in this rare combination case when a techstop is included.

seems to be very much related to the distance and runway length of the stopovers.. the calculation on the route page is misleading when it shows pax restrictions but then doesnt allow to schedule the flight.. the runway length requirement of the 707-120 is the problem.. as soon as runway is below 3000m, it starts causing issues when range of flight is more than 2800nm even though in my config it does 3150nm..

The error appears on multiple routes now.. I got same issue flying to montego bay via CYYT and to Tokyo with stopovers as well.. At first I thought it was AC sizes but that doesnt seem to be the issue.

You have 707-120s in fleet at LHR, with ranges from 2830 NM upwards. Runway lengths shouldn't be an issue since they are almost or about as much as it needs.

Not entirely sure what gives the error.
