[Add route to Schedule] - top 6/7 lines not shown

N.B. - this is after the other bug correction, about the top blue and bottom white elements - this other big has been corrected OK - thanks

Setup : I've got 42 unassigned routes, for 7-7 schedules, so 6 destinations. Route numbers range from GAA001 /002 to GAA011/012

Problem : Depending on the browser, the 6 or 7 first lines (including likely the page change) are not available. Here (Chrome) the scroll bar is on top. and  still can't access the first 6 lines of GA001/002. — Problem : Depending on the browser, the 6 or 7 first lines (including likely the page change) are not available. Secondary : I guess the button for accessing the second page is on the hidden part, therefore I can't access it.

Seems like this page displays 25 elements as before (I'd love more, but this outside the scope of a bug report).

Added a simple scrollbar effect there now.

Will be better with the modules of the new UI.

I believe this then affects the current (old) site too?
