When opening modals (eg. Schedule maintenance, move to long term storage, etc) on a long page when you’ve already scrolled down, the modal/popup will open at the top of the page as opposed to being relative to the view port. This is at best an annoyance because you have to scroll all the way up to access the content, at worst it is very confusing since if you are not away, all you get is a greyed out background.
The behaviour sometimes auto scrolls you to the top, but most time it does not.
