Can't open NTAA/PPT base in MT

Hi Sami,

I am trying to open a base at NTAA/PPT in MT. I'm HQed in CDG so should be able to.

However I can not select Oceania airports in the base selector...

Actually I am missing Saint Pierre in North America, Wallis and Futuna and New Caledonia in Oceania as well...

Could you please fix this as this was kind of an integral part of my plan for this game....

I hate to keep pushing, but this was always possible and it would really be too bad if I can't finish my game strategy because of this minor bug...

I have invested almost a real year by now in this game and it would be very frustrating if I can't do what I was hoping to do when I set out...
