Bug: Heavy cargo is not transported despite having space allocated and the airplanes being DC-6A (freighter aircraft).

Looking at IWA507 for user #91629.
The route is assigned to multiple different planes, but all are the same model / variant. So using route 183990 (tuesday) as the base point here.
CL and CS is transported, CH shows none.
Route length 444 NM. Route is HND to KKJ, Japan Domestic.
Plane can carry full payload up to ~2500 NM. --> No Payload restrictions.
Plane is cargo-only, size class LARGE. CH requires a size class LARGE aircraft to be transported. --> OK.
Potential demand shows CH, and actual demand shows CH 1730 kg for Tuesday. "My Supply" does NOT show any CH.
Edit Route view, shows that 10% of SPACE is allocated to heavy cargo. Allocation is 55/35/10%.
Edited the route as a test to allocate 100% to CH. The My Supply now shows CH Supply.
--> Please adjust the cargo allocation since it seems that the space in cargo is the limiting factor here, and increase the CH allocation and it will at some stage enable the CH supply.
