I have not yet figured out how to replicate this consistently, other than it is happening to me on a regular basis. Specifically, the menu on the desktop browser (Chrome, minimal plugins) quits working with the mouse over to be able to select a sub page. For example, I can hover over Dashboard and it will extend the menu, but when I move the mouse over the menu items under Dashboard, it will close with no chance at clicking. Clicking in a dead space on the page does not seem to resolve (as it does with other odd things like this) - the only solution is to refresh the page and go about my business.
Of note, I usually have a lot of browser windows/tabs open, so my suspicion is that this is happening when the tab has been idle for some period of time and one of the background calls ends up doing something that freezes the menu.
