Can't raise CEO salary

Hi Sami,

For some years I haven't been able to raise my CEO salary in MT.

Seems like the number three is catching up to me and I've been trying to update it, but it just stays stuck at 111000 for a while.

Seems like a bug to me...

The min/max salary limits are based on the game year etc. and now I see you have the max limit of $113000.

And to test I went ahead and gave you a $5 raise there, you are now at $112005.
