When I try to change my ticket and/or cargo pricing, I click submit and get the pop up on the bottom left corner that says prices have been updated. However, when I go back into it, the prices are unchanged.

This is not a bug. When selecting multiple routes the price management dialog shows the system suggested price since each route might have a different price as the starting point. The prices ARE updated after saving the dialog though (check individual routes for confirmation).
