UM lets all heavy maintenance expire

Hi Sami,

It seems that in MT and perhaps to a lesser extent HatF suffer from a bug where aircraft in the UM do not get maintenance checks?

Reason: The market was flooded with planes and the system did not purge the old listings fast enough.

The recent changes in the code might have dropped this but there is a small feature update coming anyway
