Oversupply seats message does not go away

I've setup cargo routes and blocked passenger seats on those routes that has not passengers. After 2-3 months in game, there is still a warning that I'm oversupplying routes, but its not. Maybe there is a bug.

If the oversupply warning was present before you switched to cargo-only, it will probably not disappear. Known issue at this time.
